All employees of KBC Group together call themselves "Team Blue". It stands for a united group of motivated colleagues who work together to achieve their goals.
This "Team Blue Dreams Challenge" stimulates all employees of KBC Group to contribute to the realization of dreams through volunteering for social profit organisationan, and to protect dreams by donating blood and plasma, and by training themselves in heart reanimation and First Aid.
